PRN CNA, GNA and caregivers

Job Description :

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Provide mobility assistance to patients, including transfers and ambulation.
• Help patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team regarding patient needs and concerns.
• Assist with medical procedures and care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Participate in training and continuing education to maintain certifications and improve skills.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
